How it works:
Before diving into the full course, you will begin with an assessment lesson. This initial session is a crucial part of the process and serves multiple purposes. The assessment allows your instructor to evaluate your current driving ability, your learning style, and how quickly you’re likely to progress. This isn’t just a driving lesson it’s a comprehensive evaluation that helps determine the most suitable course length for you. Everyone learns at a different pace, and our goal is to provide a learning plan that’s both realistic and efficient. Following the assessment, your instructor will recommend a course that typically ranges from 20 to 40 hours and 1 to 2 weeks. This is based on the outcome of your assessment and is designed to ensure you’re fully prepared not just to pass your test, but to be a safe and confident driver on the road.
Planning and booking the test:
As you progress through your lessons, your instructor will also be working behind the scenes to arrange your practical driving test. The aim is to schedule the test for the end of your course, allowing for a seamless transition from your final lesson to the test itself. However, please be aware that test centre availability can vary, which means your test might be scheduled up to a week later than your final lesson. We recommend some flexibility around this time to ensure you’re not caught off guard by any slight delays.
